Added Day Trading operation mode with various target profit and max loss exit points.
Added selection of allowed buy only, sell only or both trading direction
Added automated calculation of daily average volume over the last 2-weeks period. This is used as a basis of minimum volume setting for a new entry as percentage of the average daily volume.
Added position trailing stop feature.
Added Trading Zone feature to keep trading within a configured price range.
Added account equity based closeout feature to close all trades when account equity reaches configured low or high amounts.
